Hello Scanner forum members and other interesting peoples.
I hope that I am not being rude by fingering the English language instead of fingering the Dutch.(Language...*niet allemaal tegelijk lachen!)
My name is *******Tony, born and bred in the UK circa 1960.
I bought my first scanner, crystal, in 1985 which was for Manchester Airport TWR/APP.
I have lived in Tiel (NED!) For 6 years now but landed in 1990, without a parachute, in Geldermalsen.(ook NED!)
I have just come out of a 50 year depression, 'they' say... and bought myself a Maycom FR-100/S, with an *bijstandsuitkering...what is the world comming too when you have to be poor to afford anything,...?)
I am sure I am going to be a pain-in-the-neck, apologies in advance.
My field of speciality is listening to aeroplanes, when I hear them..(no joke!)
I hope we can all just get along even if England beat Holland at the *EK 2012.
